Introducing Culpa Inkasso

Culpa Inkasso GmbH is registered with the President of the Amtsgericht (Local Court) in Stuttgart as a debt collection service provider in accordance with § 10 subsection 1 no. 1 of the RDG (German Act on Extrajudicial Legal Services) and is a member of the Bundesverband Deutscher Inkasso-Unternehmen e.V. (BDIU). 

In this respect, we are subject to the scrutiny of both entities in the course of performing our work.

Business manager is Stephanie Gehring who, in her capacity as a fully qualified lawyer, brings her entire knowledge to bear.  Our office staff and representatives in the field are trained in the specifics of debt collection.

We see ourselves as a service provider and intermediary between creditors and defaulting debtors.
